Beach residents mistake coral mating for chemical spill

Beaches are routinely closed around the world for various reasons but one particular beach in Australia was closed due to an unusual circumstance. Officials believed an odd substance was in the waters of Bulcock Beach. However an inspection has many people believing that the strange matter is actually coral spawn. Coral spawning season occurs each year, within a week after the full moon, usually in November.
