With all of the events in the past few days including earthquakes and tornadoes in Oklahoma, we don't want you to panic, but want you to be aware of a test coming up later today.
The Emergency Alert System is used to tell us about a national emergency and Amber Alerts.
But today it will be put to the test at 1pm.

Every radio, TV, cable and satellite broadcast will be interrupted by the federal government.
Officials say this will be the first time the entire national system has been tested simultaneously.
The EAS test should last 30 seconds.
