Join us as we drum the energy into a healing, exciting maelstrom! Dance, drum, shake a noisemaker, sing....whatever mood strikes you. We've got an awesome group of folks and this monthly event is always a blast. We also have extra noisemakers, so if you don't have a drum you can still participate. It's a great way to start the weekend! We're upstairs on the 2nd floor in the Wellness Center.
From May through September we will be meeting at the Southeast Shelter at LaFortune Park. Plenty of room for drummers, dancers, and anyone who wants to groove to the beats.
