Participants will utilize silt collected from river beds as a medium to create a mold design then will pour their own plaster relief panels. Designs can be literal or abstract, depending on the preference of participants. Once the plaster sets, participants will apply color and designs that compliment their resulting relief. When complete, reliefs can be hung on the wall. Participants are free to bring a small keepsake item (a rock from a memorable vacation or an antique key, for example) to include in their final works of art. All other materials will be provided.
