The University of Tulsa welcomes poet Nathaniel Mackey, winner of the 2006 National Book Award, to Tulsa on Tuesday, November 6, at 7pm. Mackey will be reading from his verse that engages the history of jazz, African spirituality, and the struggle of living together in this modern world. Brought to you by the J. Donald Feagin endowment, the reading will take place at 7pm in the Faculty Study of TUs McFarlin Library and is free and open to the public. Call 918-231-2573 for more details.
